Jason Lehotsky

CFO/Business/Facilities Manager

Jason Lehotsky, CFO/Business/Facilities Manager of Dublin Baptist Church, operates with transparency, authenticity, and empathy. As a husband, father, and man of God, Jason is willing to share his wisdom and knowledge with others and to meet them where they are.

“I have a heart for serving other Church Administrators and I am always willing to listen and to provide solutions in a friendly and approachable manner. I like being known and respected for being a problem-solver!”

Born and raised in Youngstown, Ohio, Jason relocated to Central Ohio after attending Cedarville University and has been a resident of Columbus, Ohio ever since. Jason earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance and immediately launched his career in finance in 1997 with CB Richard Ellis as an Accounting Specialist.

Throughout his professional career, Jason discovered his niche in property management, building management, and asset management.

“While at MAS Companies, I enjoyed the challenges of managing assets located in multiple states and becoming familiar with the various jurisdictions and codes for both commercial and residential assets within our multi-million-dollar portfolio.”

In 2011, Jason accepted an offer as the Business Manager at Dublin Baptist Church.

“My unique background in property management and asset management is a rare skill set for a Business Manager. Over the years at Dublin Baptist Church, my responsibilities have continued to evolve, and I am able to serve the church and apply my experiences and knowledge in finance, project management, building maintenance, supervision, and strategic short- and long-term planning within my position as CFO/Business/Facilities Manager. Every day is different, and I thrive when I work alongside the Executive Council, Stewardship Team, Property and Space Team, and assist with IT and communications.”

As a Certified Church Administrator, Jason comes alongside others so the church can move forward and prosper.

Dublin Baptist Church was launched in September of 1979 as a church plant from Lane Ave Baptist Church. From a small sanctuary serving a congregation of fewer than 100 people to a 55,000-square-foot church campus, Dublin Baptist Church serves thousands through 10 programs.

“I am proud to say that our congregation is an excellent reflection of the cultural diversity of the Dublin community. We offer services in multiple languages, including Japanese, Tamil (Indian), and Mandarin (Chinese), as well as offering free ESL courses.”

Throughout each of the programs at Dublin Baptist Church, one will experience a sense of connection, acceptance, and belonging.

“People want to share their journey and that leads to deeper conversations and fulfilling relationships. Our Pastor and leadership teams are solid Christians who treat others as they would like to be treated. I can attest to that, as that is what I experienced from the first moment I walked through the doors.”

Jason Lehotsky is exactly where he should be and doing what he does best. As a consultant deep within, he loves to lead others and has been serving as President of The Church Network of Central Ohio since 2015.

Jason is energized when he offers his knowledge and then sees it come to fruition in another person’s life, whether personally, professionally, or spiritually. He lives his life to further God’s Kingdom and is constantly reminding others:

“Happiness is temporary. True joy is long term and that is only found in Christ.”
